How do I create an account?
You can register by visiting our Registration Page. Just fill out the required information, and you’ll be ready to start finding services.
Is registration free?
Yes, registering as a user is free. If you’re a service provider looking to list your offerings, registration is also free, with optional premium features available later.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Visit the Password Reset Page and follow the steps to recover your account.
For Service Providers
How do I become a service provider?
If you already have a user account, you can upgrade to a provider account by visiting Become a Provider. Follow the instructions to list your services.
How do I manage my bookings?
Once you’re a provider, log in and access your Provider Dashboard to review upcoming requests, approve or cancel bookings, and track your engagements.
Can I set my own prices and availability?
Yes, you have full control over your pricing, availability, and service details.

How do I book a service?
Browse through our Service Categories, pick a provider, select your date, and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your booking.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Check the provider’s cancellation policies on their page or contact them directly via your User Upcoming Events. Policies may vary by provider.
Are there any booking fees?
No. Booking is always for free.
